Veil of Dreams began as a website that Taplar created in around 1998 as a fan site for Hiddenworld.com. It later was transformed to engulf another game, Kingdoms of Telgard. However, he later returned to the Hiddenworld Scene and, along with friends, started the Beyond Hiddenworld website.

As the case may be, Taplar enjoyed each games and continues to play them. In order to save his webpage creating time, and sanity, he decided to combine the old Telgard site with the Beyond Hiddenworld site, and once again re-emerge with the Veil of Dreams group.

Veil of Dreams attempts to enhance any game it associates with by providing information to its players and attempting to promote good sportsmanship. Also, Taplar feels on the horizon that perhaps Veil of Dreams will not only be promoting other games, but perhaps loving one closer to home. What does this mean? Who knows, you'll have to stick around to find out, ;)

As of recent, much of the non-evolving sections of The Kingdoms of Telgard have been removed leaving mostly the stories that are still in progress.
